Skjærgaarden Kennel lies secluded and idealistic at the edge of Gills lake right outside the charming town of Kristiansand Norway. Our dogs have access to a large property where they can run and play. The lake, sea, and forrest are our nearest neighbors and a natural playground for all the dogs as well.

Skjærgaarden has grown over the years and puppies can be found in good homes both here in Norway and around the world.

Here at Skjærgaarden you will find the family Mosby/Stenslund which consists of Tone Mosby, Leif I. Stenslund and their son who stills lives at home, Benjamin 11 years old. Daughter Silje 24 years old has moved out and is standing on her own feet. We have 5 leonbergers and two cats living at home plus a steady flow of potential puppy buyers, new puppy owners, friends with and without dogs and children, and family. It's seldom quiet around our coffetable and that is just the way we like it! Both we and the dogs enjoy an active and social lifestyle.
